Hi Linda,

I teach pottery at the Greenbelt Community Center, which is in the Maryland suburbs, very easy to
get to off the Beltway and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. Class sessions are 10 weeks, tuition
ranges from $100 - $135, or just $75 if you just want Open Studio access. Next session begins in
January. It is a cone 6 electric studio. I've been teaching there for a year, and I find it is a
marvelously well-run and friendly place. All the details are at www.greenbeltmd.gov/arts

I presented a workshop there in 2004 and found it to be a well-
equipped stdio with some nice wares being made there. And it is in an
interesting community which Eleanor Roosevelt started.

Cheers, Hank, just waiting for the opening of the Mingei show in
Seattle. The show looks grand!

Linda,

Congratulations!

Check out the Lee Arts Center in Arlington. Novie Trump does a great job
running the center.

Hope it helps,
