Lois,
My first host was Dotster....they were pretty bad. Next I signed up with
Dot5Hosting and they were unbelievably non responsive and just worse. I
finally dumped them even though I had another year already paid for. They
created way too much stress and I just didn't have the amount of time that
it took to try to resolve issues with these people.
I am now with Go Daddy and find them to be very good. If you email them
about a question, they respond pronto , usually the same day; frequently
within hours. If you phone them, you get to actually speak to a person with
a heartbeat. They are available 365 days and 24/7. I would recommend them.
