Neil,
I'm not aware of the burners to which you refer, but I have used both
natural gas and propane on kilns I've built in the past, and found both
function well as long as the orifices are sized properly. As I recall,
there is a table in Olsen's _The Kiln Book_ which specifies the twist drill
sizes of the orifices for use with each fuel in order to deliver specified
amounts of BTUs per hour.
