windowless studio?

updated mon 31 dec 07

mine has no windows but a big door, handy in summer but in winter pretty cold. (i'm a wuss in so cal).

so for walls i use posters, pictures, etc. visual stuff and not just a block wall to look at.

and there are plenty of leaks (roof vents) so i don't get gassed when using the propane heater in winters.

so if you can't find a room without windows it's still ok.

see ya

during my studio search i am finding lots of spaces without windows. i need
a window, right? (not just to look out of...) because i'll get poisoned,
right? for the vent?

(these are answers i know, it's just so darned hard searching for spaces here!)

check with the landlord and
CUT a window...
i worked in a space with no windows
for over a year,,,
goodness girl do not put yourself in this situation if you can do anything
about it..
it is depressing, no vent, no sunshine
etc...

anyway my 2 $ (inflation)

no windows is better than no studio,
but we really need the window or 4.

bliss
