Hello.
I do many and this is the schedule,
over night just pilot on damper at 2 1/2 inch
8 a.m. damper 2 1/2 inch, inside burners on 1/4lb. first
mark on gas gauge. no outside burners at all.
12 p.m. same damper, in gas at 1/2, next mark on gauge.
4 p.m. same damper, 1\2 on inside burners, 1/2 on outside
burners.
9 p.m. same damper, 3/4 inside, 3/4 outside and fire over
night at
these settings.
9 a.m. damper down to 2 inch, gas goes up to 2 lb. on both
burners,
finish off around noon, soak at 1lb. on both burners and 2
inch damper
for 1/2 hour, done close down.

Works like a charm, haven't had anything go in 15 or
more years, I bisque to cone 08, glaze fire to 05,
this is all at the college I teach at, cone 10 reduct. at my
shop.

Hope this helps,
