Hi Bill,
Last year, even though I was pre-registered, the Guide was not mailed to me.
I do hope that this year all the pre-registered subscribers will definitely
receive a copy. Should we call CM to make sure? It is a very useful guide, and
it is nice to be able to study it before going to the conference.
