Hi, everyone.
i know this is an odd subject, but...
a friend is travelling. and she has an Olympus digital camera. so far,
so good.
but she pushed some button inadvertantly, and formatted her memory chip
or whatever they are called.
and now she can't find any of her pix.
i'm an optimist, and thought that perhaps the pix were deleted, but not
truly erased... like a computer, where you can't see deleted files...
they're there, but the computer knows it can write over that space with
new files.
she called olympus, and they were optimistic, too.... told her to go to
a good computer repair shop & she if they could retrieve the images.
my friend is from upstate ny, but will be spending the month in fort meyers.
does anyone on list know of a competent computer repair shop in for meyers?

Don't go to a repair shop, use this. She should be able to do it herself.
