I had good luck with your green Seger formula for cone 4 in
a cone 9 glaze. http://conerecipes.blogspot.com/

I bought dry smooth white earthnware for inlay slip on
coarse terracotta, both rated at cone 04 to 4 Do you think this
smooth white earthenware would make a glaze at cone 9/10? I was
thinking of trying it in the woodkiln.
