Well, I had a couple minuyes to kill here before lunch and thought a
brief greeting from here would be appropriate for my friends.
Out the window are two 24 meter roller hearth kilns making product known
as the "terceira queima" -- a second firing actually in which elaborate
decorative effects are applied to wall and floor tile. Most interesting
to me are the glazes that are 1/8" thick -- gotta see this.
Ah, Nilson chegou! Lets go have lunch.....
