Way cool,, I have a bag of slag and cant wait try it in your recipe.. I
tried it with some plants as fertilizer and saw no great improvement.. Its sold
as a supplement for the garden.. I read the bag and it seems it was a way to
sell and get rid of a bad leftovers from making iron..Now that is just my
opinion ..I havent used any more and now I have a use for the rest of the bag
Hope to fire 3 loads shortly, as soon as the pots dry.
Glad you made it home Fred,, Tony, I havent been upset with anything you
have said,,YET

Mark,
thanks.
Do you have the chemical composition of your slag?
Sorelslag is a TiO2 slag.
Not an iron/steel slag.
I have used steel slags, granular to fines,
in clays, not in glazes.
