I live in the D. C. area also. I was talking to a friend the other day and
told her that I had tried a new chicken recipe, but that I didn't follow the
recipe directions and just started adding things on my own. She said to me,
"Well that's because you don't like people telling you what to do!" My
husband and I were just now laughing about Karen's comment and he said, "I
don't follow recipe directions either, but not because I don't like people
telling me what to do, but because I think they're wrong." Leave it to a
psychologist to say something like that! Have a great day.
