In taking apart the wheel's underbelly AGAIN;
the flywheel was loose AGAIN. It kept sliding
down the shaft making the belt fly off.
I removed the long rectangular pulley key and
flipped it 180 degrees as it had deep set screw marks.
It looks like that might have solved the problem,
I hope. At least it didn't cost anything.
