Patrick,

I'm double sending in case the archives didn't work.

Your show looked elegant, creative and eye-candy appeal work.

No wonder Kelly raves about you.

Very original exhibition and your kiln is fantastic.
You're going to do very well in the clay artist business.

Wow, thanks Kim. Thats awful nice of you to say so. I will say one
thing about my graduate experience. It forced me to be serious about
my work and doing the thing that needed to be done to do my work.

The show was alot of work but boy opening night was fantastic,
honestly I couldn't have scripted what I wanted to happen better.
Folks walked around the large 24ft table and looked at the work, but
no one touched until I encouraged them. At that point it was like a
revelation to the participants, "art can be lovely and used? and that
fact doesn't detract from the piece it actually enhances it...." You
could see it on everyones face.

And then Bang fellowship, people talking about the works and enjoying
each others company. Discussing the who tos and the why fors of their
favorite pieces. Talking about the work in their hands and the work on
the table. And then as each person took home their cup and plate now
that experience it ceramic arts has a physical echoing point in all of
their lives.

I could go on but I would hate to jam the server up hehe, sheesh when
I really get going.

Again thank you for your kind words, I hope to read more of them
sooner than later.

--Patrick, Yup thats the one!
