Hi Dave,

No, no kit. Just had to have the steel parts made to order. I made the
wheel out of wood that was laying around. The flywheel was the heart of
an old cedar that didn't burn during a forest fire at my folk's place.
The wooden part was very simple, if you want to go for it, email me and
I'll step you through it. If memory serves, you have a friend who owns,
or have access to a lumber mill?

Nice blog Mike.
I have a question. Is there a kit you bought to make your wheel? If so
how much is it. The answer may be in your blog post and if so I apologize.
Thanks,
Dave
