Clayfolk,

I hope Mel ok's this for distribution. I wi keep it short. P-mail me off
list for further discussion.

I was diagnosed a few years ago as having Type II diabetes - which means
insulin resistance. I began the standard treatments for this disorder,
and as is my way, I began a campaign to educate myself in depth about
the disease. Over time I learned some things about diabetes treatment
and the medical system that made me really unhappy. Then this march just
past, I had a short hospital stay, and I was given the standard
recommended diabetic diet by the dietitian for diabetics. My blood
glucose shot sky high, and they started me on insulin. I was outraged. I
started asking questions nobody could answer - like "Why are you
overloading me with high glycemic carbs and making my blood glucose so
high?", and "Why are you loading me up on insulin if I am insulin
resistant?". I never got answers I was happy with. This was all wrong!
When I got home I began doing researh, and what I have learned and as a
consequence the steps I have taken has in all probability saved my life.
My Blood Glucose is now normal, I don't take insulin, I don't take
diabetic drugs, and I got off of a bunch of other stuff that I had been
put on - and two in particular which were statins, which in combination
can damage the heart muscle.

Now, I won't belabor this any further - it's not directly about clay,
but is about the health of those in clay - for diabetic clay persons,
and pre-diabetic clay persons.

It you are Type II diabetic.....heck, any kind of diabetic .... drop me
a note off the list, and I will forward you a link to a 25 page article
by that will change your life. It changed mine.
