I waited for others to comment on this subject as I thought it could
be better explained.
I am using Glazechem on Vista since March 2007. So I have to say that
it works for me.
You can read on Robert Wilt's Dinoclay
http://www.dinoclay.com/software/glzchem.html
" * March 14, 2007 - GlazeChem Help on Vista does not work,
because Microsoft did not include the old Help program in Vista.
Thanks to Microsoft for such fine attention to backward compatibility.
See this page on the Microsoft support site. They promise that the old
Help program will be available for download in "early 2007," so check
that page occasionally.
* March 9, 2007 - Windows Vista, possible solution to any problems
you may have running GlazeChem: run the program as administrator. See
this page on the Microsoft support site, step 5. (Thanks to Robert
Metivier.) I have another report that the program installs and works
correctly on Vista Home Premium. I have other reports that it doesn't
work at all. For the moment, don't count on GlazeChem working on Vista
unless you test it on your own machine. "
I love that program so I should have changed computer to keep it running :)
Hope this help
