I noticed while firing a load of bisque that the top two elements were
not working. The kiln is a Paragon A82b,Would any one know what the
proper sequence is to trouble shoot this Problem.

Step 1 is to call Arnold Howard at Paragon.

The top two elements are controlled by the top switch. You
can find the wiring diagram here:

Then scroll down to "Ohmmeter Instructions for Testing
A-Series Kilns." The ohmmeter can test the entire electrical
system from the plug.
