Hello Clayarters,
I noticed a lot of concern with safety and health issues in the
listserve. I would like to recommend the newsletter,'Art Hazards News'
produced by the Center for Safety in the Arts, out of New York City.
It is published four times a year and covers the
hazards,precautions,goverment regulations,lawsuits,and other topics
related to hazards in the visual and performing arts, museums, and school
arts programs. The cost is $24.00 for a 1 year subscription. I urge all
to check out the homepage, it's full of valuable information.

Well, I've never said a word about our newsletter in all this time, but
after this commercial, I guess I'd better.

ACTS puts out a newsletter called ACTS FACTS. It covers the same type of
information, costs less (US $15/yr, Canada $17/yr) and comes out more often 12
issues/yr. And you can also check out our web page. Even more important, we
have an office and a telephone if you need advice from someone with a pulse.
We answer 30 inquiries/day on average. Hello, Clayart!
