Just a quick note,
In the Australian publication, Ceramics Technical, issue #4, there is an
article on Mashiko Apprenticeships. It is written by Euan Craig, and begins
by saying. . . "If there were a mecca for potters, this would be it. . . This
small country town is home to more than 450 potteries. . . "
The article continues on with 3 apprentices' interviews, and really is quite
fascinating.
