Just wanted to let you all know that Jill Egan ( from the
UK) has put together a slide show of
work done by members of our PPIO group, ( Porcelain Painters
International Online )
There is some traditional china painted work and
some decidedly not traditional stuff..
Id like to invite anyone interested in overglaze work to take
a peek ... and if anyone has
any questions about the work or the techniques, feel free to ask ..

Also, coming up soon August 20th-23rd , IPAT ( International
Porcelain Artists and Teachers )
will be celebrating their 50th anniversary with a show right
here in Nashville.
It is an international show and will
feature artists from all over the US as well as Germany, the UK,
Australia, New Zealand, France, Mexico , Thailand, Japan and many more...
There will be an auction wednesday evening starting at 8 of
contemporary work ..
the commercial booth area ( with supplies
and painted ware) will be open Thursday
evening from 6:30-9:50, friday 9 to 5:30 and Saturday 9- 1...
Admission for non-IPAT members is 5.00 ...
There will be demos all day on each of the days
( 3.00 for non-IPAT members)
It will be at the Sheraton Music City Hotel ( near the airport)
