Sat, Aug 16 - Glass Fusing is the joining of glass together by heat. It is one of the most versatile ways of working with glass today. Join us in this fun filled, hands on, information packed, exciting class. No experience is necessary and you don't have to be an artist! Beginners will make two pendants and pair of earrings or refrigerator magnets, Learn the basics of glass cutting, placement and firing while receiving extensive information on the technical aspects of kilnwork, safety, and studio set up. Tools, glass and firing are provided! The low fee of $145 includes glass and an assortment of tools you'll need to make your own jewlery.

Sun, Aug 17 - Precious Metal Clay is a wonderful new form of fine silver and gold which can be manipulated like clay, but after firing is solid silver or gold. True alchemy! Participants will explore the many methods of imprinting textures on Precious Metal Clay as well as learn to carve, fire and finish it. Working with simple tools, we will experiment with pinched, rolled and hollow forms and finishing techniques, plus fire the PMC to final pieces. Your PMC and tools are supplied for this Great Workhsop for just $145
