Is there any discussion about nerikoma in this book? Or about the
potters in a town called Mashiko?
This book is not about any particular potter of place in Japan. It's
simply about Pottery Terms used in Japan. It's a great little book for
anyone want to goto Japan and hang out with potters there. My friend
has a copy.
Basically, the book is divided into section about different aspect of
Pottery. It would have a picture describing the subject and both
Japanese and English to describe it.
It has a good page on the spirl wedging with really good picture
showing which part of your hand is pushing the clay.
