Great question, Randy. I don't know the answer and have experienced the same thing. I logged in before I performed the search, so that wasn't the problem. The error message that I get suggests that I try at a different time. I've done that as well and still received the error message. For the search that I was doing, it doesn't seem to be the date range that causes the error either. I've successfully retrieved and read messages before and after the date of the messages that interest me. My other observation is that sometimes I can't read any of the messages related to a subject I have searched and sometimes it's only one of two message in the search.
