Plumber's GOOP is what I use. It works well.

Try marine goop, or aquarium sealer for a non-toxic to fish version.

Sabra...

There is an industrial adhesive called E6000=2C which is widely available. =
A google search will turn up a zillion hits. I used it to glue metal to m=
etal for an outdoor project. It has been in the sun=2C rain=2C and snow fo=
r 8 years now=2C and is still holding up. I'm sure it would work just fine=
for your situation. Silicone would probably work well too=2C as it holds =
aquariums together.

Hope it helps.

3M Makes a product called 5200 Marine Adhesive.
Comes in white or black, a small amount (just a dab on your pin frog
underside) is all you need (so you don't have to buy a whole caulking
gun tube)
and it lasts just about forever. Obviously, it's designed for underwater
use on bulkhead fittings and through-the-hull sensor mountings on boats.
You can find it at any marina, decent hardware store, or online. I've
used it for years when installing fittings into the sides of plastic
ponds and pond liners, and I have never had a leak when I used it.

One caution...read the label and buy some of the chemical they recommend
for cleaning it up. (Don't quote me but I think it's toulene or xylene)
And wear disposable gloves. The stuff wears like iron, and it's hard to
get off skin.
Best,
