First, and of course: a lot depends on you foot shape, and your weight and
like that.

But: After years of sneakers, and several of clogs (the type scrub nurses
wear, and I get them at a hospital supply/nurses' uniform place) I was led
to Muckboots.

They are great. They are pricey, but they also are year round--insulated,
comfortable, come in different heights, just great. I have a pair of shoe
type ones for the studio, and a tall pair for rain, snow, sleet and gloom of
night.

Check them out on the Internet.

Disclaimer: I remain a friendless, impoverished, orphan, and therefore have
no relation with Muckboots...Except buying and loving them.
