There have been the usual problems seeing videos and thanks to Gay I think we've figured them out for Mac users. Thanks Gay!
Anyone should be able to have a good idea about the nature of this online course, how it work, etc. It's pretty simple really: if you can surf the internet, you can take this class. If you can watch videos on your computer with a media player, you can take this class. If I have to send you the course on CD, I will, happily. The process of the course is to do the lessons and post them where you will get feedback. If you have ever uploaded an image to any online place, that's what you will do in this course. It's like a workshop that you do on your own time (2 lessons a week) in tandem with me and the others but I am available for weeks, not a day or two, to help and guide you. I am very pleased with the Canadian interest in the course--isn't online cool!
