Very cool!!

Did your neighbors tell you that they wandered into my shop in Jensen Beach,
Fl. They mentioned that they had a neighbor who
was a potter, It turned out that I allready had a link to your site, as I
think you do really neat stuff.

a copper glazed camera
I've uploaded an image of a new stoneware camera to my website. It was
fired to c10R, and has copper glazes on the outside with a black matte
glaze on the inside:

It's basically a thrown jar with three thrown feet attached. A pinhole
aperture in a copper disk captures the image, and a tiny lid serves as
the shutter. There is also a link on the page to a test photograph made
with the camera.
