Hello ClayArters

I need your help U.S.A residents.

I'v got a bag ,almost full, of some kind of feldspar. On the white bag is writte
feldspar corporation" and also : "Minspar 200"
In order to be able to use the bag content i need to know what kind of feldspar
who gave it to me said it is probebly potash but he was not sure.
The usual potash felspar we use here in Israel is imported from Norway. I would
compare between the analize of my open K-T bag and the Norway feldspar in order
testing to minimum.
I will thank for any information

Yes, Israel, I am certain you have Min Spar #4. I have not seen this
stuff for years! And Ron has some too??? Looked up old notes.
Here is the breakdown: K2O .36
Na2O .55
Cao. .09
Al203 1.11
SiO2 7.06

Mol Wt 609

Looks to me like a soda spar. Right?
