taylor's kiln

Actually Edouard:
I know you probably meant to be funny, BUT...
If Taylor were to take and put all that rabbit (and chicken) poop in a
digester
to create methane, he could fire that kiln (loaded perhaps full of beer
can chicken pots and rabbit roaster pans)
with his castable gas burners.
It's done all over the world right now.
Then of course, he could roast those rabbits and chickens with the same
burners, in the same kiln...
but that is a different subject... which came first, the rabbit or the
roaster?

Best,
Wayne Seidl

Ok. I bite. I have heard the names--Jedi--included.....But that
is as far as it goes.

Quite some time ago Marcia Selsor sent me a book of drawings she
had done of folk pottery in Spain. There was a picture of a clay
rabbit hutch. Maybe you could adapt that idea into a
kiln--perfect for wire-rabbits.

Good luck. Kiln building is fun. But no, kiln building is not
the test of a true potter.

Well Wayne,

my sugestion comes from reading that in some countries they
fire kilns with cow poop.
A few years ago, a member of the pottery chat living in California,
fired his kiln wih cow poop.
But, I admit yor mrthod is la lot more scientific...
