MYANMAR (BURMA) January 14-30, 2009
I have decided to proceed with the excursion to Burma. My travel network =

Burma has advised me, that travel is safe and the infrastructure intact =
in
the regions that are on our exciting itinerary.=20
Discovery Art Travel will be helping the recovery process in a pottery
village that has suffered some damage during the storm. A wonderful
opportunity has arisen for the group to visit such a pottery with a =
Burmese
pottery expert, Dr. Myo Thant Tin. He is a respected authority in his
professional circle, has been chosen to oversee repairs and development =
in a
small village which is on our itinerary. I am planning to make a =
donation to
this cause out of the proceeds from your registration. We will also be
visiting several potteries north of Mandalay in the Nwe Nyein region. =
This
area is not on the usual tourist track. We are also lucky to have =
another
Burmese pottery expert, Dr. Aung Bo, to accompany us on this journey up =
the
Ayeyarwady river to the region.
I invite you to participate in this exciting program and at the same =
time
help the local potters. There will a maximum of 12 persons, and the
registration is already filling up for this trip.=20
