Hello Brad,

I've had good results using MC6G Semi Matte Base 1, and adding mason
stains to achieve customer requested specific colors. One customer
wanted "paprika". I just gave her the mason stain chart and let her
pick the color that looked like paprika to her. She picked a color, I
made her items and she was very happy.

Regards,

Mike

Hi Ron,

I have been using your Spearmint and Raw Sienna glazes to glaze large outdoor
gardenware, I'd love to have a yellow that is based on those same base
glazes. Have you worked on developing a yellow MC6G?

Brad-
Try the Spearmint base with 10-14% Titanium and 3-6% Rutile. This
should get you an ochre-y yellow with iron speckles and orange
highlights. It will look a lot like the Butterscotch Matte or Dry
Yellow Pumpkin on Alisa Clausen's web site at:
http://www.alisapots.dk/ironochrebrown.htm

Hope this helps,
