Hi All,
The Berkeley Potters Guild is planning an extruder workshop on Saturday, =
=3D
September 19th, 2009. =3D20
Bill Shinn, whose incredable work many of us have seen at NCECA, will be =
=3D
emphasizing the creative use of the extruder.=3D20
He will teach us how to design and cut original dies, and how to alter =3D
shapes after forming.=3D20
He will also show us how to make extruded tools, for other types of =3D
sculptural and functional forms. =3D20
There will be time at the end of the day for a brief "hands on" =3D
experience.
The workshop will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. =3D20
There will also be a book signing and slide show on Friday the 18th, at =3D
6 p.m.
