I have a folder set up for Clayart. Approximately 2/3 go to that folder;
1/3 go to the Junk folder.
I quit trying to solve the problem and now just go through everything. Thi=
s
isn't too difficult because Clayart sends twins of everything. Once to my
old adelphia.net address. One to my more recent roadrunner.com address.

Catherine (Neva) White in summery Yuma. High 90s.
I'm all wired up from the main breaker box to my two old kilns and ready to
pot again.
Had a terrible time convincing the electrician I needed a 50 amp outlet.

Greets,

I'm sending this to clayart and to 140 subscribers who have been or
may soon be involuntarily removed from clayart.

Over the past 24 hours, over 40 clayart subscribers receiving clayart
to an AOL address had their accounts closed.

There are over 100 more that appear to be awaiting the same fate in
the coming days.

For some reason, AOL has been considering many clayart messages to be
spam and bouncing them.

After clayart's listserv receives many bounces, it gives up on that
address and removes it.

I am trying to persuade AOL that we're not spammers, but as you may
imagine, it is difficult to get their attention, never mind get .

In the event that you have received any communication from AOL with
instructions to remedy this, please follow the instructions to do so.

I will continue to try on my end.

As an aside, you may wish to consider moving your (probably
long-standing) AOL account, at least for clayart use, to a more
reasonable service.

I, and many other clayart subscribers, use Google's free gmail
service for mailing lists. Google does have their technical act
together.

I hope this clears up soon.

PLEASE don't post your experiences to clayart. Instead, send
questions and observations to me directly. I will do my best to
follow up and keep you informed. Although I do have a life.

Regards,
Maurice
