Dave,
sorry i don't have the answer but i do have a question: are you sure that
the combo of flocs and bentonite is the problem? i often use both in my
glazes without trouble. how much of each did you use?
i have a glaze that does the same thing - hundreds of tiny bubbles left
behind after glazing. Does anyone understand what causes this?

Can anyone help me fix a batch of glaze that I've over deflocculated? It i=

frothy and leaves hundreds of tiny bubbles when I dip a pot in it. Is ther=
e
an easy fix? Even a not so easy fix would be appreciated. It is a cone 6
glaze found in Bill vanGilder's book called Nutmeg. The last batch I made =
I
didn't use the bentonite and added Flocs instead. This time I used both.
Not recommended!
