Dear Carl,

I'm sorry you felt trodden upon and the need to apologize., I welcomed you
to the group and ended my post with "peace" What else do you think that
means! I'm sorry you felt otherwise.

Carl, there was no need to apologize for anything. You've been gone
apparently for a long time and I was just making a point that Howard
contributes in a really great way and his using the Paragon web site as his
signature was really no different than any of us using our various ways to
advertise our wares. If I made it sound otherwise, I am sorry.

I don"t know Howard, have never met him and I don't own a Paragon Kiln;
instead I own two Skutt kilns I think I mentioned that. I know that Perry
is great in the service department. All I said was Arnold is not
advertising or spamming as we all sign our posts with out various things we
want to sell or promote. i.e. me and my web site ( from which I have sold
Zip ) So relax, get over it. Howard along with many other people on this
list give great advice and help to this group for zero dollars. I can't sa=

that anyone from Skutt has helped the general group and that is NOT
disparaging o.k. Just a fact.

When I had my probelms with my old Skutt kiln, I called Skutt and got a ver=

helpful response' You most likely will need to purchase such and such and
this is how you need to install it. I said how much and they said about
$100 plus shipping. It's an old kiln and questionable if I want to spent
that much for a part. I came to the group and many people including Howard
suggested ways for me to repair the old beast which I did with zero
dollars. I appreciate that kind of advice.

So to summarize, Skutt makes great kiln and is good at customer service.
Paragon has Arnold and I guess they make great kilns. Carl needs to join
the group and relax and not be so sensitive. My personal motto is : Don't
take offense where no offense is intended" and my really really personal
mantra "You cannot offend me without my permission" and I do not give you
permission!

it's a good motto to apply. Please, Peace to you Carl and we look forward
to hearing from you on other subjects.
