I am just about to post my next podcast that in part is an interview with G=
regory Clark During the conversation he said he needs a live in property ma=
nager for his land on the Boso peninsula about an hour or so from Tokyo. I =
don't think Japanese ability is necessary. The job is open and he wants som=
eone so the opportunity is there. If anyone handy with their hands is inter=
