i have contacted nceca three times.
no/reply.
i have not a clue what is going on.
so.
we will try again.
i am not thrilled and may not re/do my fees.
if they want us to use their hotels, they might want
to let us know what to do.
by then, the rooms will all be taken.

mel. we may just take our 1200 rooms someplace else.
