Anhydrous Calcium Sulphate is 2960 Kg per Cubic Metre.
Hydrated Calcium Sulphate is 2320 Kg per Cubic Metre.
Approx 35.3 Cubic Feet per Cubic Metre. 1 Kg approx 2.2 Lbs

they should be able to give you precise details.
