Whufff! Melinda, sorry to hear of this.

When I was with the US Public Health Service - Division of Indian Health
- Office of Environmental Health - I dealt with water and well issues.
It was surprising how much arsenic was in the well waters in certain
areas of Alaska. We (Pubic Health Service) put in many wells in high
population areas of Alaska Natives, in an attempt to raise the level of
health among the people. Many of our wells were simply unusable due to
the arsenic or salt. So - arsenic in water is an issue. In your trying
to figure this out, consider all aspects of your activities that might
even remotely be connected to water. Consider it as a possible carrier
for the arsenic to a point where yor might take it in to your body. Food
that has been washed - the water may have arsenic. Foods procesed with
water somewhere - as in make the Mexican coffee. There are many
different ways to look at it. Clothing that has been dyes using water
that might have arsenic in it. There are so many different ways.

Edouard's comments and suggestions are of course particularly pertinent.
Ans the suggestions of others have been ver good also.

Good Luck with this. I pray for a good outcome.

Hi Melinda,
I tested out high for both lead and arsenic - celation is the treatment of
choice I believe - I've had about 30 treatments by now but have not reteste=
d
yet for results. Let me know if you need more info about that.

I still don't know where it came from - had my well water tested and it was
OK -

Am I feeling different? I think I do but I don't know how to describe that
except as feeling better overall - don't need as much sleep - feel stronger
- like that.

Hi Ron,
Copper ores and other metals are often associated with arsenic - so I'm
wondering how pure the copper and cobalt is - or more likely - was years
ago. As arsenic is volatile using impure copper etc in glazes might give
off lots of arsenic? Not sure what happens to arsenic when it is breathed
in.
Right now waiting for analysis of some copper ore from one of the
exploration properties that our geologist son is working on as I plan to us=
e
it on some mugs for him.

Hi Eve,
Never did use copper or cobalt - I don't think that was it - I smoked for
years and that may be the source.
