Dear L TURNER,
How long would it take to train an undergraduate Biologist to become
sufficiently proficient with a Gas Chromatograph to determine the identity
of the aromatic chemicals evolving during the bacterial decomposition of
paper, regardless of its original use?
From the record, as it seems to evolve, there is little cooperation betwee=
n
Arts and Sciences faculties to solve interesting problems when both are
involved with the same raw materials.
Best regards,
Ivor Lewis,
