tucson clay co-op meet and greet open house

The *Tucson Clay Co-op* located at 3326 N. Dodge Blvd, just north
of Fort Lowell is having a "Meet and Greet Open House"
Saturday, Sept. 12th from Noon to 4 pm. This is an opportunity to
take a tour of the pottery,
meet the kids, adult teachers & co-op members.
Cynthia Jones, who studied clay in Korea, will be teaching wheel and
throwing.
Jim Jones, an acclaimed clay sculpture, will be teaching sculpture, hand
building
as well as wheel. Paul Waldron of Striation Tileworks will be teaching
Mosaics.
Refreshments served. There will be a wheel demonstration at 1 pm as well
as an opportunity to try hand building.

Our All Clay Kids program is now offering a Wednesday afternoon
class for moms. Moms take wheel classes, while their
children do hand building in a different room, with a different
teacher.

Snowbird potters, planning to come to Tucson this fall or winter,
it is not to late to join our co-op for 3 months.
You can opt to work for the co-op (then price is lower)
or you can opt not to work for the co-op (then price is higher
