Just wanted to relate my recent experience with Peter Pugger. I bought
my VPM-20 3 years ago and in August moved my classroom to a much
larger room (650 sq ft. to 3000 sq ft. woohoo!) and noticed an oil
stain and leak under the motor where the gearbox had leaked into the
motor housing. I called Danny at PP and he said this shouldn't have
happened and sent me a brand new motor and gearbox postage paid! He
will take the old one apart and figure out what went wrong. This
machine is one year out of warranty. I called him several times on how
to install the parts and they were most gracious and patient. Works
for me!
