Hi Po, I dont know if this will help much .. .but you
can get empty
aluminum tubes and mix the dry chinapaints with a open medium
(like mineral oil ) ...
I did some for myself and discovered it didnt work out all
that well because the oil oozed out of the cap end... It
was easier to store the pre mixed paints in small jars... or
laid out on a covered palette...
