=3DA0 I have a couple of kilns, and the small one is a Paragon. I have been=

ireing it low, ^018 for china paints. When I put a few things in it,( it ha=
=3D
s a cone sitter) I fired it to cone 6 and I put it in at 7:00 at night expe=
=3D
cting it to shut off on it's own. Well when I got up at 6:00, it was still =
=3D
on. The cone sitter was bent slightly and my stand up cone bent to about be=
=3D
tween 9 and 10:00 positions. It fired fine and bent to the right angle the =
=3D
last time I fired at cone 6 about 4 weeks ago. Why did it not fire right? C=
=3D
ould it be that the elements went bad in that short amount of time fireing =
=3D
at only cone 018? I don't have a lot of money right now, and I do have a la=
=3D
rger kiln, but it is nice to be able to fire a few things in the small kiln=
=3D
. This time it was a special order for a berry bowl with a saucer and I did=
=3D
n't want to fire up the big kiln for that. I hope it is some small electric=
=3D
