Ivor, I have a throwing demo on my dvd ( On the Wheel With...) which =3D
illustrates
the relationship of "digits" by "X-ray in motion". Shows the precise =3D
placement for
throwing and sensing the magic of "Wow, look at how the clay moves up".
It is available from Ceramics Monthly.

Nils,
I have your video for my students.
Very nice effects. Really helps my students to see what's happening.
Have you suffered much from all that Xray radiation? ;^)

Dear Nils Lou,
Were I in a position to need such a teaching aid and able to claim the cost
as a legitimate work expense then that might be a resource I would purchase=
.
I'm sure that with Poser, Rhinoceros and Cinema 4D it would not be difficul=
t
to create animated transparencies illustrating throwing of all the basic
forms.
Your comment will make the rest of the crew aware of your resource and
where they can obtain it..
Best regards,
