I make a GB and black iron wash to use on earthenware ^06 - ^04.
Very slightly shiny. Almost looks like raku but with a hint of
glisten. Basically I just mix GB and black iron and enough water to
make a thin wash. Don't know why it wouldn't work with the darker
mason stains as well. Perhaps I'll try it. Seems very stable, but
probably not for food bearing surfaces.

My guess is that at ^6 it will just burn out.
