Greetings All and Happy Holidays!
Thank you to all of the Clayarters who took the time and went to the troubl=
e to send me photos of your work made from slabs of clay. The volume of the=
submissions is wonderfully overwhelming. The photographic quality is, for =
the most part, very good and it is so nice to not have to use a slide viewe=
r this time around. Digital images, viewed on a PC, make this work a lot mo=
re enjoyable.
In the weeks ahead I will post updates on the progress with the book. By th=
e way, the new working title is "From A Slab Of Clay." This because so many=
artists are working with clay slabs that are made purely by hand or with r=
olling pins that calling it The Slab Roller Book didn't work anymore.
