The ceramic work titled "The Giant's Life" by Guangzhen "Po" Zhou is in the=

The John Natsoulas Center for the Arts proudly presents its 3rd Annual Trom=
pe L'Oeil Ceramic Artists Exhibition, one of the rarest and most exuberant =
survey shows of contemporary trompe l'oeil ceramic artists in the United St=
ates.
The French term Trompe L'Oeil literally means "deception of the eye". It is=
a style that utilizes the knowledge of perspective and games of light and =
dark to create, if only for a moment, the illusion of something that in rea=
lity does not exist.
This Trompe L'Oeil Survey Exhibition will include work by renowned artists,=
Richard Shaw, Victor Spinski, Malia Landis, Marilyn Levine, and many more.=
Please join us for the exhibition opening on January 10th from 7-9pm, or a=
nytime from December 23rd to January 24th.

Tips for REUSING your old pottery wheel bats -by Guangzhen Po Zhou
The holes on the bats may grow, becoming larger and loose. To solve this pr=
oblem without having to buy new bats is easy. You just need to make two new=
holes on the bats and you may be able to use the bats more than ten times =
as before.

You have to make the new hole precisely at the right spots with the same si=
ze as the original. What I tried worked: I bought a new bat and traced the =
holes from the new bat to the old bat.
