The Bambbo-Orion Trading company in Albany, california sells bambbo. I don't
know if they sell plants or wood or both. Phone 415-540-7136
Also, try the Butter Box Stake Inc., Santa Ana California. Phone 800-666-0606
You might want to check out one of the search engines like Metacrawler and
type in bamboo. There are probably some listings in there.
Good luck.

What are your needs? I have some bamboo growing in my back yard. Think it
will work? Want to try? Want to trade?

>Arturo, I believe the shade and mat store(not its name) on Hastings street
near the railroad underpass, in Vancouver,B.C.,may still be operating. You
might be able to access the place with this vague information. Also check
with B.C. Crafts Guild. Good luck, kinoko.

conducted brushmaking workshops here last year and we collected enough
bamboo for everyone to make several brushes. Plus, before he left we
filled his van and we never left the campus. If Augusta, Georgia sounds
like an option let me know.

I missed the original request for bamboo but if you are in the region near me
-greater columbia,s.c.- i will let you cut all the bamboo you need
free.someone planted bamboo here 50 years ago and it is nearly impossible to
entirely eradicate.anyone who comes this way has same offer just save my email
address and call ahead to tell me you will come in advance so i can put the
dogs up.
