Why not do some of the shot glasses with paraffin and some without?
I've gotten to the point where I don't wax my bottoms. I just stop the
glaze at about 1/4' from the bottom. Then again, I brush on my glazes.
Dipping a huge sculpture is a tad difficult.
When I'm doing test tile bowls, I like to layer one glaze over another
on the inside. Sometimes, two perfectly fine glazes will run like
crazy when combined. If they run, they stay inside the little bowl and
off the shelves.
